Even with the absence of Brunch, Bobby Flay's Gato is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in New York City, so I jumped at the chance to get a look at all of the new dishes and cocktails that have been added to the menu for Summer 2017. While Gato still lacks an official Brunch menu, there certainly were alot of brunchy things going on with the new food! Lets take a look at whats new!
